Educational Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a leading Educational Recruitment company in the City. Joining a successful team of 16 consultants, you will take over an immediate desk placing qualified teachers into Secondary Schools across London.

Based in trendy open plan offices you’ll join a growing team who work in a busy fast paced sales environment. You will spend your first two weeks working alongside a top billing consultant where you will learn all aspects of recruiting within the Educational Sector. You will then take over an established portfolio of public and state schools across several London Boroughs. Working on a temp’s desk basis, you will gradually build up your desk placing teachers into your clients on a short and long term contract bases. Existing consultants average 150 days out, which is the equivalent to £25,000 per month in billings.

To be successful you will be a talented, charismatic and enthusiastic recruiter with the ability to quickly adapt to a new sector. You will have high energy, be driven by success and have the desire to work in an extremely fast paced and competitive recruitment environment. *You must be a morning person as Educational Recruiters start at 7am.

If successful you can expect an excellent career in one of the busiest sectors of recruitment in today’s market. Basic salaries start at £25,000 and consultant generally earn a minimum of 65K year one.
