We’re a young and dynamic firm running one of the UK’s leading flat and housesharing websites. EasyRoommate currently has than 40,000+ new and updated rooms and flatmate ads, and is looking for strong growth in 2010. To generate this growth we’re seeking an experienced SEO manager to spearhead improvements in the site’s organic rankings.

The candidate should have a minimum 3 years experience in SEO, be highly self motivated and have a proven track record of delivering results. Experience should be based on working on established sites with a high page rank, and the candidate should be able to demonstrate previous experience through achieved site rankings and initiatives they have set up.

Link building is an essential element of the role, and the job holder will be expected to come up with creative solutions that attract high quality third party sites to link.

The position is a permanent full time role and is located in Hammersmith, London. The job holder will report into the UK country manager.

Candidate requirements:

• 3 years+ SEO experience on high quality sites (agency or in house)
• Proven track record in deliver positions on Google
• Ability to work independently
• Creative thinker to come up with solutions to attract third party site links (examples will need to be presented in interview)
• Top-notch verbal and communication skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and driven
