M&E Maintenance Consultant

Company: Highly reputable M&E consultancy, specialising in M&E maintenance analysis and programming

Reason for vacancy: Increased workload and order book for 2009/2010

Job: A Maintenance Consultant/Engineer position. Responsible for full analysis of assets and existing maintenance requirements, and implementation of new M&E maintenance contractors and maintenance schedules where required, as well as small project work.

A client facing, friendly and technical individual is being sought, to add to an existing team of consultant engineers in West London.

Duties include:
Creating asset lists
Determining and creating PPM specification
Placing work out to tender
Evaluating costs and alalysis
Troubleshooting
Liaising with consultants
Making recommendations to clients

This will then be followed by routine inspections in the future.

You will ideally have experience working within a similar M&E consultancy (maintenance) and have hands on experience working as either a mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled engineer.

You may also be involved in lifecycles documents, water risk assessments, energy, acquisitions work as well as small project works (chillier/boiler replacement etc).

Your time will be split between working in the office and on site. All business travel expenses will be paid for, and you will be expected to make your own way to work, in West London.

This role offers a basic salary for between 35k - 40k, contributory pension, health, business travel expenses and holiday.
