Working for this leading National charity, based at their head office in Clerkenwell, you will carry out the role of Project Officer (Quality and Risk) for the initial period of 12 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, working closely with the Medical Department Team.
The purpose of the role is to design and implement a national framework to manage feedback from patient, customers, third party and the charity itself.

You will be required to undertake visits throughout England and therefore overnight stays may be required. The charity will consider proposals for remote working arrangements but the candidate will be required to come in to the London office 3 or 4 times a week.

You will have
* A degree or equivalent
* Healthcare qualifications in pre-hospital care
* A project management qualification
* Proven experience of researching, proposing and developing a complaints framework, adverse incident reporting and a user feedback framework on a national scale
* Previous experience of working for a charitable organisation
