Evening Manager
Samurai Sushi are a chan of 6 take away shops located in the west end and the city.
We are looking for a night manager for our flagship store in Shaftesbury Avenue to work 40 hours per week, (it is envisaged that your shifts would be as follows, but flexibility is expected:Tues/Wed/Thurs - 3pm - 11.30pm & Fri/Sat - 5pm - 1.30am.)
The role will involve running the store in line with company policy and to expected standards, ensuring targets are met, mantaining the high cleanliness of the shop and you will have overall responisibility for closing the shop at the end of the night.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy west end environment, good customer service skills and be very securty concious.
