CREATIVE BARBERS WANTED.

Professional and Creative Stylists/Barbers wanted for immediate start in a lively salon in Cricklewood, London NW2. We offer services for all hair types.

The salon is situated on a very busy high road and a good mix of Europeans, Asians and African-Caribbean’s live and work in the area.

In order to fulfil our mission to clients, we are looking to recruit experienced hair cutting stylists, preferably college certified, who are vibrant, sociable and polite. Stylists will be required to understand and meet the client’s needs and make it a priority to offer first class customer service.

The stylist/barber should be competent (or willing to learn) in dealing with clients of Asian, Afro and European hair types, have a good knowledge of modern/contemporary styles, and be quick to learn the latest styles as they emerge. A creative flair in hair design/artwork is a great advantage. Scissors cut, razor shave, blade shaping up, women’s haircut, will also be a plus.

You must be smart in appearance, able to work well as part of a team, be friendly and demonstrate interpersonal skills towards clients and colleagues.

You will be self-employed on a percentage system. Incentive systems are also in place to reward those who meet the business’s objectives.

You will be expected to present a portfolio of previous work at the interview to demonstrate your capabilities.
