i am spending the summer in edinburgh and would like to sublet my room August 1st -31st.

The flat is in Hackney Central and you will be sharing with a male (smoker). The flat is a large two bedroom flat split over 2 floors with a big living room. It has all the provisions you will need (washing machine, cooker etc).

The rent (£500) for entire stay) is inclusive of everything and would be required upfront, i am renting for the entire of august but leave for Edinburgh on monday 28th July, rent would not be required on this date if you chose to move in August 1sr. Ii am willing to let somebody move from then at no extra cost, i could also be flexible into the first few days of september, depending on circumstance.

Transport:

Hackney central has a mass of buses going in all directions 38,106,56,30,55,48,254 to name a few.

HACKNEY CENTRAL STATION (3 minutes from flat): Trains to Stratford (8minutes) Trains to Camden (14 Minutes) Richmond
Highbury & Islington Station (7 minutes) On a good run you can get to Oxford circus in 15 minutes.

HACKNEY DOWNS STATION (2 minutes from flat)
Liverpool street (10 minutes)
Walthomstow (10 minutes)
