It is on the 2nd floor(which is the top flat) of a large victorian convertion house. Very nice neighboughs. It is next to the shop, GP, Resturants, school, bus stop, train station, holland park...... It has a large kitchen, which you can put a 4 seats dinning table. A double bedroom, which has a big 7 doors built-in wardrobe in it. It has wooden floor, tiled kitchen and bathroom. The combination boiler has been installed, so that you can save lots of energes. It also has a big indoor storage, driveway infront and access to roof from own flat, the roof is a flat roof, so you can have a sun bath/roof garden. 5 mins walking to Holland park, 10 mins walking to Kensington High street and the biggest Europe shopping centre is 10 mins away. Very nice place to live. But our child needs his own bedroom, so that we have to move.

We would like to change 2 bedroom flat or house in London(NO east, north of London please). Or 2 Bedroom house in Surry area. Rewards will be given.
