You'll be joining the company of 3 professional working people (two girls - one English, one Australian and one boy-Italian) We are all tidy and social but are not a party flat.

The room is spacious and has a double bed along with a bedside cabinet and wardrobe. The room is on the first floor of the house and is very spacious.

The house is located close to both Whity City/Shepherds Bush central line tube stations. It's a 15 mins walk to the Central line and 10 mins to Hammersmith and City line. The house has four bedrooms with a small backyard (including a table and chairs-perfect for the summer!), separate living room with dining table and all mod cons like shower, washing machine, 2 fridges and freezer etc.

Rent is £450 for period 16 June - 20 July plus bills of £50.

The bond is £200 (returnable to you when you leave on the 20 July 2008 )- PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO LEAVE THE HOUSE AND ROOM CLEAN AND TIDY OTHERWISE THIS WILL AFFECT THE RETURN OF YOUR DEPOSIT!)
