We are looking to find someone to take one of the rooms in our new flat. It is a very light and fully furnished double room, with new, modern furniture. And it comes with bed linen.
The flat itself is very well located, just besides Herne Hill Station, 30 sec to reach the train platform, which has a frequent train service into the centre of London. It takes only 9 minutes to get to Victoria and 12 minutes into the city (Blackfriars). There are also frequent services to King’s Cross and other areas. Buses around the station are numbers 68, 468, 3, 196, 201, 322, N68, N3, all in front of our building.
The surrounding area has a lovely ‘village feel’ and is located between Dulwich and Brixton. Safe and quiet. Within few seconds walk from the flat, there’s a great selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. Sainsbury’s is only one minute away! We’re also just 2 minute walk away from Brockwell Park.
The flat would ideally suit a young professional who is looking for a very high standard of accommodation and who needs to be close to the heart of London. Ideally a non-smoking person, but if you do smoke, it has to be outside only.
It is a 4-bedroom flat, which has just been totally renovated, with a new fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and microwave. New bathroom, new carpet, new furniture, etc. It also has a communal dinning and sitting area. And a little balcony leading into the kitchen.
The rent is £142 per week (please note we are not taking couples for this room).

We don’t expect a major financial commitment - just one week’s rent in advance plus two weeks’ deposit. When you decide you want to leave you just need to give us two weeks’ notice.
