| In addition to Gumtree's general terms and conditions for using the Gumtree website, the following additional terms and conditions apply if you use Gumtree's "Bump Up" Service:
1. You are liable for all texts that you send to Gumtree as part of the "Bump Up" Service (the "Service").
2. Gumtree is not liable for mobile operator or other technical errors which result in Gumtree not receiving your text.
3. If you use the Service to "bump up" your ad to the top of the listings page, Gumtree does not warrant that your ad will stay at the top of the listings page for any length of time.
4. The Service is provided via a telecommunication network operated by Opera Telecom Limited ("Opera"). When using the Service, you will not engage in any actions that might be considered an abuse of Opera's network or the network of any mobile carrier with whom Opera contracts for the delivery or transmission of SMS texts. In particular, you will not:
a. attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any telecommunication network or account;
b. attempt to interfere with or deny access to any service or host;
c. send any unsolicited messages; this includes adding or attempting to add phone numbers or postal or email addressees to any mailing list without the express permission from the holders of those phone numbers or postal or email addresses;
d. forward or post chain letters; or
e. use the Service for any illegal purpose, or for the transmission or offering of any information or services which are libellous, unlawful, abusive, threatening, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or in anyway infringe the laws governing, but not exhaustively covering, copyright, intellectual property rights, trademarks, pornography, or any other material that is slanderous or may cause offence in any way.
5. By calling or texting the "Bump Up" Service you will be deemed to have read and understood the above terms and conditions and be bound by them.
6. The service cannot be used for paid job ads.
